Jori Thompson Statement:
Projections is an exploration into the connection between humans, nature, and technology. Technology is often thought to be the downfall of our society. However, I believe these innovations are the reason we continue to maintain a precarious, yet successful balance. By using the digital technology associated with photography and studio lighting, these photographs show that humans are still in tune with nature, while investigating better means to secure a stable future.
