Slurs, Blurs, Recent Renderings & Other Devices, 1992

This summer, Art & Design faculty member, Chester Alamo & Costello will be one of the featured artists in the exhibition, “The 431 Gallery through the Years” at the Indiana State Museum in Indianapolis, Indiana. In addition to this video, paintings, prints, sculpture, and drawings will present an overview of the aesthetic practice that was presented at this city’s seminal alternative art space between 1975 and 1993. The exhibition will open on Friday, June 27, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. and run through August. A series of panel discussions and lectures will accompany the exhibition.
