Chicago’s Mayor Daley is preparing for their 2015 Summer Tour of the south and east coast. Mayor Daley is now a duo consisting of Paul Erschen and Kelly Marie Carr. They’re music is still full of sonic energy, melodic streams of sound and a hypnotizing enveloping drone. Combined with long intervals of rhythmic tones that appear to give a nod to CAN, Faust, Cluster, and other experimental Krautrock, Mayor Daley is best served live.
